AppLounge has given me a black screen apart from the 5 tab icons at bottom (and the Settings screen which appears correctly) for the past ~24 hours.
When starting the app lounge, sometimes the Home screen with suggestion icons is shown. Then clicking either on Categories, Updates, or moving back to Home remains stuck on the flickering black screen with only shadows of icons. Search does show the search screen but then also just shos the flickering icon list. And Updates shows forever that circular chasing snake that never reaches its tail.
I’ve tried restarting the app and the phone to no avail.
I have the same issue, and I don’t find any helpful information in the FAQ. The AppLounge seems AS if it were not connected to the Internet, although my phone is (tried with different networks).
Thank you for your answers! I deleted the cache and the storage - and tried again with a wifi connection, but the problem stays the same.
What I mean by “it seems as if it were not connected to the Internet” is that the screen keeps “loading” (grey unspecific icons for “start” and “categories”, blue circle for “updates”). I can access the settings, and I can also search for apps (which makes it even more confusing in my opinion, network connection therefore does not seem to be the Problem). But then, as soon as I click on an application from the search results, this does not load and I can’t install an app, for example. So the only thing I see are the settings and the list of search results… if anyone has an idea, I’d appreciate it very much!
You are aware we are spoofing your device and identity at the remote server. Sometimes the unresolvable search is because there was something unhelpful in App storage. This is the reason to Clear storage but also your device is logged at the remote server as compromised. This is the reason, I believe in that specific case why try later is so important. We must wait for the remote server to forget that “this device is a problem”. I recommend 2 to 12 hours wait, and you must have fully succeeded in logout and Clear storage (add a restart) before starting the timer.
