Within the last month or so, Discord would not update through the App Lounge. I uninstalled it, and now I can’t install it through the App Lounge either. I can find it by searching, but when I tap “Install”, the button turns into “Cancel” and nothing happens. Other third-party, proprietary apps install without issue.
I am running /e/OS 1.8.1-20230205257804-blueline on a Pixel 3.
Any assistance or even ideas for how to install Discord without using the App Lounge for now are welcome and appreciated.
This is my first post here, so let me say thank you to the devs for their hard work, /e/OS is an amazing project and overall I am very happy with it as my primary mobile OS.

Install Aurora Store from https://auroraoss.com/, and use that for installing any other apps from the Play Store that you need without using App Lounge.
If you also install F-Droid from https://f-droid.org/. you will also have access to all the FOSS apps that App Lounge would serve if only it were working reliably

Thank you for the workaround suggestion, I had forgotten about Aurora Store! It installs Discord without issue. 
Fortunately I have not had any problems yet installing FOSS apps through App Lounge, but if I do I will grab the F-Droid app.

I had a similar problem as @earth_walker and the workaround with aurora helped me too - so thanks for that @petefoth 
Can anyone explain why Discord is no longer available via App Lounge?
