App-Lounge works on one phone not the other

Using /e/OS Applications

Both my S9 pluses run the same e/os, but on one I can search for apps and update apps, on the other phone downloads (new or updates) just stay at 0%. Anything I can try?

Try

Settings > Apps and notifications > See all … apps > App Lounge > Storage & cache > Clear storage.

Under different circumstances it can help to: App Lounge > Settings > Logout and Login again.
