Apps has stopped - continuously crashes when attempting to install any app

Using /e/OS Applications

I have /e/ running fine on a Nexus 5X.

Every time I attempt to install an app from the Apps app, Apps crashes and asks if I want to close or re-open.

I’ve attempted to Force Stop. Power off the device and then try again. Same issue any time I attempt to install any app. I’ve attempted a handful of various apps and every time it’s the same result.

Am I doing something wrong?

It is a known issue and has been reported by users on the forum and on gitlab. The dev team is working on resolving the same. As a work around download the required apps from FDroid or other repositories.
