Apps missing in app-lounge

Have bought myself a Fairphone 5 and am currently installing apps. The following apps are missing in app-lounge (and Aurora for that matter). I have them installed on my Fairphone 3. Where-ever I look (in both stores on both phones), I can’t find them. They were certainly there (even recently as I got an update for one of them not long ago on my FP3).

  • PostFinance (ch.postfinance.android)
  • Twint for PostFinance (ch.postfinance.twint.android)
  • Rega (ch.rega.Rega)
  • Stay Hydrated (gndzkrkc.stayhydrated)

These are all very common apps (except for the last one probably). What can be done to get them available in app-lounge again? Is there a central point where I could request this?

That is a strange behaviour, Postfinance shouldn’t be a problem to find.

They are not really ‘missing’ since everything is fetched from the playstore. Your client is just a different one.

With App Lounge you don’t have much of settings, with Aurora you could try to check country, etc.

Just a piece of advice, use either App Lounge or Aurora (please be aware that you block certain apps to be updated)

Thanks!! I change the Aurora app-language from Dutch to German (Switzerland) and that did the trick. I was actually looking for an option to change the country, but just the apparently just the language is relevant here. Weird UI. Anyway, thanks a ton!!

If you are curious check your system language settings if they are really German (Switzerland). Might be solution for App Lounge
