Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (ASUS_X00TD)

My phone use Android 8 (Oreo) and seem to be compatible with Android 9.

I would bring more informations but mobile phone technology isn’t in my skillset, so I dont know what to add…

Hi @Marvin you can check if there is a Lineage ROM for your device. If it works well on your phone then /e/ builds should also work. The question if your phone will get on the official list of supported devices depends on the number of user requests for this particular phone.

Hej @Marvin, Asus is not yet represented in /e/ repertoire.

Alternative to “Android 8 (Oreo)” is available LineageOS 16.0 ~ Android 9 - Pie - Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 X00TD. If TWRP Recovery is on your phone, the upgrade is easy.

Switching to another operating system as ASOP isn’t so easy for a layman. Most likely you will need help from third parties.

Adding my +1 for official e support. This device has upstream LineageOS 16 support.

Support for the first phone ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 please, thank you very much.
