Audio and Video are not working on Samsung s9+

So;
I have this Samsung S9+ star2lte which is unable to play audios and videos.
It seams to be generalized to Samsung, but still; I beleive someone here, would have the awnser.

When I use any apps with local music (like VLC) it doesnt play (Unable to play Track)
While YouTube works via Browser but not via PipeNews.

What I tried

I install and reinstall e.Foundation OS S and T, via adb and the Easy Installer
even tried different version of LineageOS without any success.

As I only have access to a Linux right now; I’m not able to reinstall the stock version via Odin.

My Ideal Solution

So; I beleive my issue is/was that all my audio/video were encrypted on my SDCard.
Because when I download a MP3 from my NextCloud, it work.
