Hello, why my phone its uploading my photos at Sign in to murena , and I can’t find any option to stop it.
Its this becoming a new google/apple?
The default is to sync but is controllable
Some users do not find the image in the link. This happens if Automatically sync app data is toggled Off.

First of all, welcome to the /e/OS/ Community forum.
@aibd already gave you the answer to your question. However, because you seems to be a new /e/OS user, let me give you some advices to help you with /e/OS usage.
Even if /e/OS/ is derived from Androïd AOSP, it is not completely the same system. Numerous differences exists.
You should have a look to the documentation. It contains basic topics that you should know. You can be afraid of it because there are also technical topics that you can forget if you are not a technical user.
As wrote @aibd , you can choose what you want to synchronise.
If you don’t intent to synchronize anything, don’t define a Murena Cloud account. An /e/OS phone works fine without, unlike Androïd or iOS ones.
Last advice, feel free to search in the forum before opening a new topic, because most common issues have already been addressed.
You are right, I should search forum more before posting. But I come in posting something after I found many of broken links from inside phone, documentation links that re direct to non exist pages.
Also
This came as big suprise too, its strange to find all your photos and list of installed apps on a cloud service.
You promote a privacy ROM, and no one except those things.
And you seems so upset talking about this topic. Wich its more worrying
