We can all agree they should, but it’s still uncertain whether they may …

Older builds…prior to v2.4.1 are not available on the new servers. The task for now, for the team, is to get the cloud up and running.
Restoration of older builds is not a top priority task and may be taken up later.

(Just managing expectations .)
