Backing up contacts

Hi there, first of all thank you for the great OS, I’m happy to be using it. Coming here for some newbie support.

I’m trying to setup backup and cloud accounts. My main concern is losing contacts, with apps as a second as they’re easier to get back. I have Seedvault set to use Nextcloud, which is connected to murena.io.

I have a few questions but I think they all centre on how to manage the content that’s backed up on murena.io. I can’t see anything there either in a browser or using the Nextcloud client, but apparently my 1GB of storage is full. I’d like to see what’s there and be able to delete stuff. Any pointers?

If you open Files app within Murena do you see your content? Your seedvault backup uses a .hidden folder. By default .hidden folders are expected to be shown.

In backing up contacts I always generate / retain an exported .vcf in some own local backed up location, in the first instance.

Thanks, it was all about hidden files. I now have system backup working via seedvault and also a direct backup of contacts via nextcloud just in case.
