Backup Healt Connect Data

Under ‘Manage Data’ there should be a Backup and Restore option, but I cannot find it in my device /e/OS 4.0a14-20260610633982 FP4

You can enable this option, or you can manually copy the Health Connect database.
My device is rooted.

can you post a screenshot of where it should be?

Health Disconnect | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository can do export of data. In general f-droid has some health-connect helpers

Seedvault should be able to backup the app data
