Is there a way to export tasks so that I can back them up?

If your device is synchronized with /e/ Cloud or a Nextcloud instance with Tasks app, you can exports your tasks form web interface.
What if I don’t use any /e/ account or whatever? I’d love to be able to get a dumb JSON or XML file or whatever to get them on my PC. I quickly tried browsing the application’s files but found nothing relevant.
I’d also like to be able to get the tasks data out of the app so i can use it in another app. Anyone know of anyway to get this data locally from the phone without the need to stick it in the cloud first ?
