I have eOS 3.7.3 on my FP6 and the call quality is (still) horrible. The person I am talking to cannot understand me unless I switch to speaker or use a BT headset. I read that this was supposed to be fixed with eOS 3.2, but I continue having the problem. I used to not make a lot of phone calls so it was not an issue, but now I am receiving many important calls and calling is a core feature of a telephone.
Any one else having this issue or have any advice?
I have the same, I just recieved the Fairphone 6 with e/os 3.7.3
Sometimes the call quality is good, other moments it’s less good, this is not something you can rely on.
Also, at the moment I make a video I only have sound on one side, same for voice memo’s without external microphone. Honestly I think something is broken in my situation (I already ordered a new phone, to return one or maybe both of them after this)
Since I am a (small, only 20K) creator on YouTube, I really need this to be working. It’s not my main camera but still this should work.
However I also have to say, so far I am positively surprised by Murena e/os. Everything works super smooth.
I am facing the same issue. (using the same version of /e/OS)
I often have to use BT headset to get people understand me.
It seems to be worst when there is noise around me.
