Regular google android usually has bank card autocomplete. Usually when web page or app expect to enter a form with bank card i can select from a list of saved cards.
(Card number, Expiry, Security Code).
I know that banking and payment is very hard on custom ROM, anyway please share your ideas and links. I hope to learn from them

If it’s about regular web browsing, Firefox for Android can save your cards: Automatically fill in credit card information on Firefox for Android | Firefox for Android Help
If the cc fields are in the Apps: I think one can use the general AutoFill service of Android - but that’d need an installed password manager to get utilized.
