I’m a complete virgin concerning FP and e/os. I’m trying to get my (dutch) bank apps working.
Only Triodos works, ASN, SNS, ING, ICS they all seem to have network issues.
I tried downloading them again via the Aurora store, however no luck. Anybody who can help me?

Most of the apps you mentioned seems to work.
Maybe they worked on some previous eos update and got on the list.
On the list they recommended using the Aurora store for downloading. This didn’t work. Thanks however for your reply
ASN app is running smoothly on my FP5 with the latest e/os/. Are you unable to install the apps or do they not work after installation?
From what you are writing it implies you bought a smartphone from Murena or how did /e/OS got on to that FP(?)?
If you have a FP3, with the latest version 3.1.4 installed, you may be facing the issues we reported to the dev team. See Feedback for v3.1.4 - #199 by thib
There are indeed several apps, among which banking ones, that stopped working with this last update.

I bought it from FP. It’s the newest FP6 with e/os.
I think the problem has something to do with the high level of protection. I’m a complete newby, before I had an iPhone…

When downloading via the app lounge on the FP I managed to download the app. This morning I got this:
I have a brand new FP6 with e/OS v 3.3.a15-20251210556408-official-FP6
I have the ING banking app installed from the app lounge, when starting up it reports:
something seems amiss with your internet connection (which is incorrect)
Could it be the Fake IP in Advanced Privacy? Usually is set on for new installed app. Maybe try to turn it off for banks apps. You can alsk try tk disable trackers block in Advanced Privacy too.
