Hi my name is Bill and I own a Murena One Smartphone.
I have recently purchase BelTone Serene Hearing Aids and on their website they state the Murena One e/OS Smartphone will operate with their BelTone Serene Hearing Aid App via Bluetooth.
They show how to download the BelTone HearMax App but on Google but since my phone is Google-Free I cannot do this.
I would like to know how to download this App using the Murena One Smartphone?
You will find BelTone HearPlus in the App Lounge or in Aurora. Of course it has 2 trackers.
The HearMax app seems not to be there but the APK can be downloaded from Apkpure or Softonic. You must then install it on your own (sideload).
A question is whether you really need this app. I don’t know this app. But in my experience most Bluetooth devices do work out of the box. Such apps are in many cases only a typical way for the manufacturer to get usage data about it’s products.
I tried Apkpure and Softonic and neither one worked , either would not install or would not download.
Yes, I would like to get this App as I can only turn ON and OFF and increase and decrease the sound .
The App allows you to do many more things.
Apkpure should work. The page has a green “Download XAPK” button when you scroll down. This button leads to a new page where the download starts automatically. When the download is finished you have a file called Beltone HearMax_1.39.0_APKPure.xapk. This file must be transferred to your device (if you downloaded it on a PC), the location doesn’t matter. On your device it gets a bit difficult. Normally I would say: open the Files app, go to the file, tap on it and install it - this is how APK files are sideloaded. But the Files app seems not to be able to install XAPK files (is this true?). My other file manager is TotalCommander which does it.
The Softonic page has a big download button in the upper right. When you do this download you get a file called com-beltone-hearmax-34981-68146912-3e31e5d6ae447cc3d6f6697edf6964ba.apk, and that’s interesting because it’s not the same XAPK file as above. This APK file should be easily installable with the Files app on the device.
