Bootloop to e loading after first boot S3 Neo I9301I

Hello,
i just bought an Galaxy s3 Neo I9301I
First, i already done many Oneplus devices (3/3T/5T/6/6T/7/7TPRO/8/8T) install to e/OS (and note only), i did some HTC Motorola and Samsung too and i already did an S3 I9301I for a friend last year.
But today, i got problem with this I9301I device.
I followed all the steps : flash phone with the good firmware : I9301IXCUARA1 (AP and BT only) and did all usual steps to install e/OS/ (MurenaOS:)). The problem is that the phone reboot during the setup where we choose country, time localisation… and bootloop to the e loading, and reboot again to e loading without boot anymore.
I tryed to flash the 1.15r, 1.14r and lastly 1.11r build. Nothing change. I tryed too with the original firmware i had before to flash with the I9301IXCUARA1. Same thing.
Some one have any idea ? Is the device

Fix the problem by flashing stock rom with odin by adding CP and CSC file (with AP and BT). Now e/OS boot up and work perfectly).
