Bootlooping after installing

Hi everyone, good night. So I need some help here, please. I tried to install /e/os on my Motorola Moto G4 Play Harpia cell phone, I followed all the steps in the script (including unlocking the bootloader and everything else), and I even saw many videos on Youtube teaching how to do it. I tried using TWRP, but after the whole procedure, when restarting the phone, it simply stays in the bootloop, in the infinite loop and does not start. Any ideas what I can do or did I just lose my phone forever?

I do not know the device but please first try to boot into Recovery.

Use the external buttons to do this. If it looks impossible due to the bootloop, try to catch the device at the very moment it is at the OFF point and do the button press at that instant.

Now from your Recovery, select Factory reset. This may allow the device to boot correctly.

If the device has been bootlooping for a while it is essential that you get the battery charged >70% before Factory reset. TWRP gives an indicator of charge + charging.
