Brand new FP4 with Android trying to install e/OS/

I’m using the Easy Installer on Windows 10. The FP4 has Android 11. The installer gets stuck after I get to Fastboot. Installer doesn’t seem to find the phone:

I’m assuming the screens are telling me it’s in Fastboot… No idea what to do. I’m not tech savvy enough to know where to look for what to do.

A good place to start is the hashtags at the top of your thread that is easy-installer , Easy Installer , fp4 .
