Broken sync between my phone & ecloud.global?

hello,

I just see a weird thing : I don’t have any photos earlier than 12 october on my phone
Obviously, I don’ remember deleting anything. I just double-checked on Murena.io, I can see my photos, but the oldest is from 9 October. Of course I can’t remember why I’ve done since theses 3 days
I also can’t remember if I took photos during theses days, maybe I’ve lost 0 files

but now the sync is broken, so I think it’s linked
I don’t have any error on my phone, I don’t know how to monitor that the sync is up and running ?

did you ever get this cleared up? from reading your post it’s unclear you suffered data loss or if you got the file sync running again.

monitoring is more or less easy. Settings → accounts → account sync
there it should display the last sync and you can start one manually
