Hello community 
I share a solution on an issue i had with Browser : when i wanted to upload files on websites like WeTransfer i had an error message saying “Unable to complete previous operation due to low memory”.
First solution i found was to use an other web browser app not based on chromium like Firefox (other browsers based on chromium like Vivaldi had the same issue but not Firefox).
But the real and best solution came from the settings : you have to go to “Developper Options”, and then uncheck “Don’t keep activities”.

I don’t understand why we have to uncheck this but at least it works
