The default browser (Bromite-based afaik) does not longer asks to open links in external apps (such as banking apps). The issue appears to be the same as this one for Cromite: open links in external apps seems to be broken · Issue #1437 · uazo/cromite
Enabling “Allow forward URL requests to external intents” does not resolve the issue for me. Currently using Firefox Focus for opening these links, but it is not a great fix.
