'Call Record' - not working

Using /e/OS Applications

Whilst on a call I wished to ‘Call Record’, I pressed the button, and and then pressed ‘Allow’, however ‘Failed to start call recording’ is shown.

Looking through Settings/Apps and Notifications/Phone, I cannot immediately see anything that would inhibit the Call Record function from working.

Any suggestions would be helpful.Thanks.
