When making calls in a noisy environment (e.g. street), without bluetooth, even at maximum level, the discussion volume is too low to hear anything.
I compared with someone who has the same phone model (samsung s9) but not e/os, the maximum volume on their phone is way higher and enough for hearing the discussion.

I’d like to stress the fact it’s not an issue with this model, without e-os, on the same model, the volume is loud enough for outdoors environments (street, bus, etc.)
you may try to modify some values in /system/vendor/etc/mixer_paths.xml,
and mixer_gains.xml, media_profiles.xml
- you will need a file manager with root permission or TWRP to copy the file to a reachable directory
- also a text editor
save, and set permission of the files to rw-r-r (0644)
but, keep a copy of the modified file as it could be replaced during the next system update…

Thanks for the idea. Since I used the easy installer, I dont think I am rooted. Another way possible?

Don’t know, but I don’t think I have twrp, think the easy installer uses the e-os bootloader? Sorry I’m not very technical, I did it the difficult way once and since then only with phones with easy installer.
