Callers can not hear me. Fairphone 4, 5g

HI!

Since today I have the problem that callers can no longer hear me. Fairphone 4, 5g.
Microphone should be fine as I can still make voice recordings. However, nobody can hear me in phone calls.

Does anyone have any idea, and as quickly as possible :wink: Not being able to make calls is relatively annoying on a phone
