“Original” camera (i.e. “OpenCamera” clone) or “Fairphone” camera (activated in settings->apps)?
It is the only camera in the apps “foundation.e.camera” 1.52
You can enable the “fairphone” model by going to settings->apps->general->fairphone camera
Exposure is explained in the help pages Open Camera Help.
Exposure is locked with the padlock icon top left of the regular camera screen. When unlocked by icon refer to the help page for details of adjustment.

Still, the fairphone photo app will IMHO very much improve photo quality on an FP4.

I don’t have the fairphone app in the settings but I should be able to download it when the applounge works again.
