I have a Samsung S9 with dual sim and latest E/OS installed. Since a couple of weeks I suddenly have a problem with the 4 G connection. Worked fine before. After 10-15 min of telephone conversation people report that the connection is falling away and my voice sounds robotic. On my side of the connection I do not notice any problem. I already tried a new sim card. Does not seem to help. Could there be a problem with E/OS and the functioning a dual sim or is it more plausible the phone itself which causes the problem?
