Can´t log with my /e/ email account in Mi 4

Hi devs and community,

Have a problem when trying to log in the account section in configs with my /e/ mail account, it never stops detecting my accoount, so can´t log.

Hi @YonGavs are you able to log on to the ecloud with the same credentials.

The thing is just in the phone.

Hi @YonGavs in the screenshot above there is a mistake in the email. It should be yon.gavs@e.email and your password. The second part after the @ is e.email and not e.mail. Pl can you check with that combination as well. Assuming you already have an /e/ email ID.
