Upcoming phones have 5G in them and I don’t have any 5G network where I live.
We have the ability to choose the preferred network type under mobile network settings. I am planning to choose the non-5G network to increase my battery mileage on future supported phones.
So my question is, if choosing other network types other than 5G actually turn if off? Or it still on and just doesn’t scan for it anymore?
