Cannot get rid of icon on screen for uninstalled app

MotoG3, Android 7.1.2, version 0.1-201901252826.

I installed Aptoide, but then decided to uninstall it. I verified in settings that it is not listed among installed apps, it is not. But, the Aptoide icon remains on the screen. If I tap on it, I get a message that the Bliss launcher has crashed.

How do I remove this icon?

I think that’s a bug of (the worst) Bliss Launcher. Best you will report a bug here https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/management/issues
