Cannot send email suddenly

Using /e/OS

Hi
Suddenly I get the following error when I try to send emails:

“SmtpResponseParserException: unexpected end of stream”

I can receive emails no problem. I am using the stock Mail app with e/os and running the latest e/os 1.10-202 on a Samsung S9+.
I have checked my outgoing server settings and nothing has changed and they are all good.

Please help.

what is the outgoing smtp, is this murena.io’s smtp or another provider?

It’s another provider- same as I have used for many years with e/os

I’d err on the side of the parser. The remote hangs up prematurely. You might want to resetup the outgoing smtp, other port, tls (587) or ssl (465) and plain (25) - play ground a bit if the server behaves differently.
