I paid for a Premium Plan and I am getting the same error again. The email I am trying to send has 42 recipients. Is that above the limits set on paid plans?
If you are on a paid plan and getting this error, suggest you write in to the helpdesk@e.email ID and share the issue details. Also mention if this issue has been coming up recently or was there from the start. The infra team will take a look at your account and help resolve the issue for you.
