Cannot set-up Wear OS

Hello!

I have joined the /e/ community yesterday and, during these two days of usage, I really liked /e/! Therefore, congrats.
However, I am going back to the “Googled” ROMs because I cannot set-up my smartwatch.

It is a Misfit Vapor and during the set-up, the progress stops at ~5/10%, nothing happens in my phone and the smatwatch says that the set-up could not finish.

I tried to install Google app (because the Wear OS suggests at some point that it is required), logged in with my Google account, but it didn’t fix the problem.

I really have no clue what to try next, and also I don’t see where the problem can be.

Have you guys had any problem with Wear OS so far? Is this limitation known?

I’m using a LG G watch with my /e/'d phone perfectly, however I got rid of wearOS for AsteroidOS as I do not want to go back to the Goolag. https://asteroidos.org/

Thank you! I was just thinking about something like eOS (privacy-first ROM), but for wearable devices.
