Can't change dns /e/ 2.6.3

Hello

I can’t change DNS since version 2.6.3 on my Samsung S8.
If I select private dns in the parameters as quad9 for example, it does not take them into account and keeps the access supplier’s.
idem with restarting

Is there a solution?
