Getting a “restricted setting” message when i try to enable notification access for a 3rd party launcher.
Can i un-restrict, or is the setting permanently locked down?

Experiencing the same problem on v1.18 with launchers as well as KDE Remote 
. But Smart launcher 6 and Wavelet does not have this problem, gave it access no problem.
@icantremember found a solution pressing random buttons :p. For the options to not be restricted, you first need to go to app info of the application you intend to use and then press the triple dot menu button top right. There should be an option to allow restricted settings. Everything works after that.
