I’ve already installed e/OS/ in the past. In fact I’ve archived the following build: recovery-e-0.23-q-20220325173215-dev-twolip.img. I understand e/OS/ is no longer being developed for tulip, but I would like to download the last R community build. Is there an archive of those builds somewhere? Do any of you has a more recent build than recovery-e-0.23-q-20220325173215-dev-twolip.img?

For lack of good alternatives, I use a lineage-21-twolip-signed (vanilla), as I’m not aware of any unofficial /e/OS S/T/U. However, this is an alternative worth mentioning.
As is so often the case, GApps are recommended per MindTheGapps. The fact that MicroG Services can be installed instead, because the LOS CustomROM supports signature spoofing, is not mentioned at all. I use one of these options Strangely enough, I often come across this silence about MicroG, regardless of whether it is an (un)official CustomROM or CustomGSI.
