Hi!
I have the Adidas Running app installed, to track my cycling, skiing eg, and used to be able to watch and control it, pause/resume/stop, from the lock screen. For some reason it doesn’t show up on the lock screen anymore and I can’t find the settings to get it back on the screen again.
I’m using the Nova launcher, if that can be part of the problem/solution.
All help would really be appreciated!

It’s not just you and that particular app.
I have a Samsung S9 with 2.3s stable and i can’t control the Smart Audio Book player widget from the lock screen.
Also i can’t dismiss upcoming alarms from the built in Clock app widgets on the lock screen. When i hit ‘Dismiss’ there, i’m prompted to enter my Pin instead. I used to be able to Dismiss upcoming alarms from the lock screen without entering my Pin, but can’t remember which eOS update caused this to change.
wild speculation - might go back to the new Bliss Launcher?
Have you also noticed similar problems? I’m not using the Bliss launcher, I run Nova, but maybe that affects those kind of services anyway.
