Can't install on galaxy s7 (Error E3004)

Hello,

I can’t install the system, it stops with the following error:

E3004: This package is for device: heroltebmc,heroteskt,heroltektt,heroltelgt,heroltexxx,herolte: this device is .

Apparently, the script is unable to detect my phone’s model, so it assumes that it’s the wrong. Do you have a workaround ?

What is your phone model ?
What is the file you tried to install ?
And witch software do you use ?

If you are using the last TWRP 3-4-0.0 (designed for android 10), it could be the problem,
please have a try with the TWRP 3-3-1.0 instead and tell us what’s append.

I had a failed E3004 so I don’t exactly which SM-930 I had. It’s recognized as herolte.

I tried to install e-0.14-o-2021012798648-dev-hero2lte with TWRP 3-3-1.0 but that resulted in the same error. :frowning:

Thanks. My bad. I saw that and got the herolte.

Looks like it loaded and is booting up now!
