Hi all. I have a Samsung S5 and have switched to 1password for my password manager (getting it free as my son is paying!). I have downloaded the app but am unable to log in with the correct credentials. Have tried turning off all privacy settings but no luck. tried using the scan a code option but the scanner gives an error (internal error QR code detection failed). You can see the camera picture is stuttering and not a smooth movement and the error code box is flashing and then the app closes by itself. Not sure what is going on but have been able to get other password managers to work. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
