when trying to login to my ecloud account from FireFox 88.0, when I click on the ‘Log in’ button the site adds ‘@e.mail’ to the end of my email address making my credentials invalid.
Perhaps putting in the username alone would work. The one you chose when creating the e account.
It’s strange, as I was able to log into this community using the same credentials as in the image in my first post. But yes, having waited the minutes for my IP address to be unblocked, I’ve used the username which this community site has associated with my account and at the moment that seems to work. Thank you.
