Can't login to Murena cloud on laptop

Greetings, I have following issue when I try to login from my laptop. On the login screen I get this message ‘We have detected multiple invalid login attempts from your IP. Therefore your next login is throttled up to 30 seconds’ When I give my username and pwd I get this message ‘There were too many requests from your network. Retry later or contact your administrator if this is an error.’
Anybody having the same problem? Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

When I first came across the redirect from
https://ecloud.globalhttps://murena.io
Using a password saved by Firefox I had some issues a bit like you report.

What worked for me was to disregard my password at https://ecloud.global but recreate manually the same password against https://murena.io.

As it happens I still used my-username@e.email. However where previously I was able to login to https://ecloud.global as my-username; this did not work for logging in to https://murena.io

Thanks for your reply. Now I’m able to enter my username and password but now it says wrong username or password. I know they’re correct because I’m logged in over my phone. Could it be a browser issue?

Well it might be worth clearing cache in your browser.

I deleted my saved passwords in the browser and went over forgot password in the murena page. I had to make a new password but now it seems to be working :+1:
