Since April 18, I stopped receiving emails, in my GS290 and also Desktop.
I have only used 1,7Gb of 20Gb.
Can anyone have a clue about what is happening and how to solve it?
Hi, can you try logging in to the ecloud web interface and check if emails can be sent received from there.
Are you aware that email has a fixed storage size (fixed quite differently from your overall storage size)? If you had a large amount of email or email trash or email attachments, it would still be possible to have overwhelmed your email storage, despite the numbers you quote.
