Can't see my contacts

Hi Murena Community!

I got a new Fairphone Gen 6 with Murena a few days ago. This is my first time using Murena. Today I got the update to /e/OS v3.7.3.

I have transfered my contacts from my older smartphone with Android, but things didn’t go all right.

1. When I click on the Call-app, there are no contacts there.

2. When I click on the Contacts-icon, there are also no contacts.

3. Going from Murena Workspace to contacts I see them all (imported from Android).

How can I get my contacts in the Call-app?

So you see a full complement of your contacts in the Contacts app at murena.io?

On the phone,

Settings > Accounts … is expected to show your Contacts account (usually as the second entry). This is expected to cause the murena Contacts to sync with the Contacts app on the phone.

If your FP6 Contacts app is different from murena Contacts app, there must be an account sync problem.

Sync can be adjusted and Sync now buttons can be found within the Accounts page. Is the problem covered there?

The dialer will rely on FP6 Contacts app in the first instance.

I got it working by connecting it directly to my Google account.

I don’t know exactly how any longer, but I got it all imported or available on my phone.

I have the same problem with my FP6.

In workspace I can see all my contacts, in Contacten on the phhone I cvan’t see them.

Synchronisation with Murena is on

In case your contacts are in the Contacts app but hidden perhaps start

Contacts app > Settings > Default account for new contacts ← choose Contacts

Contacts app > Settings > Contacts to display ← choose All Contacts

To double check sync please try

FP6 - synch options - where to find?
Above you can check the time and date of last sync and also try “Sync now” where the name used is “Address books”.

Thank you for trying to help, but it doens’t work.

This are my settings:

General settings :

- Settings > Accounts >Automatically Synce App data → O N

- Murena i.o. Account > Synchronisation for all items on, Last sync 17 june 22:30 20 26

- Murena i.o contacts (..sw)>Synchronisation for all items on, Last sync 17 june 22:30 20 26

Contact app Settings:

- Default account for new contacts > Contacts (… … sw)

- Accounts>Synchronisation for all items on. Last sync 17 june 22:3 0 2026

- Contacts to display ← choose All C ontacts

I also tried this with default account Google in the app, n o result

I still don’t have contacts in the app on my phone,

And in the app in the workspace I see all my contacts.

In the Workspace is Client Syncronisation on?
