Can't sync files pc--->smartphone

Hi,
I have a fairphone4 with the last e/os version installed. When i upload from pc to the cloud i can’t see those files if i try to access from smarphone. It seems to me that i’m missing something, under file i can only see smartphone filesystem, no cloud. The rest of the sync works fine (notes,photo…)

help please.

is the file outside the hardcoded folders eDrives pays attention to?

If it’s in those folders and the file is “new” to eDrives tallying (or has ETag different to the one stored), then it will download.

Besides the folder scope, there are limitations still. For a more flexible configuration, use the nextcloud app. It can add any folder and optionally enable full 2-way sync.
