Logged in to my murena.io account, and clicked on delete account for an old account not using anymore but received an annual charge for. It said I had one subscription that I needed to cancel before deleting. Logged in to murena.com and it shows now subscriptions.
How do I unsubscribe from murena.com?

BTW Murena cloud is now called Murena Workspace.
Can’t delete the account because of an active subscription.
Can’t unsubscribe because the active subscription is not listed in subscriptions.
