Hi when i want to update my 1.17 it dont work cause update blocked reasen is beacuse Adoptable Storage is not supportet on android 11 Update will result in data loss and sd card corruptions for users with adoptable storage enabled … what can i do?

As I understand this, there is an SD or SDXC card formatted as “phone storage” in your phone. If this is correct, you will need to make a full backup of your data and afterwards re-format the card as “portable storage”.
Thanks that was it but now e reboots ever and ever what can i do? i have installed the 1.5 and put out the sd and microsim card . i cant do anything ever and ever the e logo comes and samsung logo and then it does again…

However due to the outage of /e/ servers the 1.17.1 herolte ROM cannot be downloaded at present.
i formated it but when i updated it reloops samsung - e samsung - e idont know what to do now… iam now in e recovery can i do something there?
You could use your PC to take the best backup possible.
Then, one option, would be to carry out a fresh install with Format data.

recovery shows me i have 1.17.1 on handy but dont load… can i load it with easy installer ?

Maybe you will find that you need to replace recovery … but you said you wanted to start from the existing recovery, that is the starting point I suggested. No heimdall required just adb sideload.
(Hopefully your recovery will update during the install.)
now in recovery mode it says i have 1.17() without the 1 … now step by step i want to reset the complete handy and put on the newest version what should i do… i start in recovery mode and can choose Rebootsysnow/Apply update/factory reset/Advanced . Than choose apply update?(is here a chatmanager to support faster?)
In that case you could start from the top of the instructions, but this probably is not absolutely necessary.
Edit If you did previously have an SD card as adoptable storage, and you have removed it, you will need to use Format data or Factory reset from within your recovery.
I am fairly confident that if you
adb sideload from the PC,exactly as said on the install page, then if your recovery does not update it will update at the next OTA update (to e-2.6) as long as your Updater is set to “Update recovery”.
This is done in the System Updater app,
Settings > Updater > top right 3 dot menu > Preferences > Update recovery
