Doing my regular F-Droid updates I came across Soren Stoutner’s (of Privacy Browser) Privacy Cell app which shows cell phone protocol info. It has lots of info for each protocol. Tapping on any text brings up additional notes.
On my OnePlus 8T, T-Mobile 5G I find that it is not fully 5G and thus technically vulnerable.
I was hoping to try the app on my other phones but sadly the app is for Android 11+. 
Still, under the Protocols menu there is a wealth of information.
