Certificate expired for docker site

Using /e/OS Build /e/OS

I received an error when I tried to pull the docker image using the build instructions:

Error response from daemon: Get https://registry.gitlab.e.foundation:5000/v2/: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid

When I visited this URL with a browser and retrieved the certificate, it looks like it expired early today (Oct 25, 2020). It is using letsencrypt.org. Did a cron job fail to renew the certificate?
