I understand that typically you can not change the app switcher without rooting the phone. I have a fp5 with official /e/os 3.1.4 installed and I often get the message that “Bliss Launcher has stopped” when trying to switch apps even when I’ve changed my launcher in the settings (as I think Bliss Launcher is what does the app switching).
Without having to backup all my data and reinstall a rooted e os is there a way to change the app switcher to something that won’t crash as often?
You will probably not get completely rid of the Bliss Launcher. Something runs always in the background for reasons. And this part of Bliss doesn’t like screen rotations at all. So every time you rotate your device it comes to that nasty message. That’s the situation.
You can of course always change the launcher without rooting your phone. But this Bliss remains.
