I have read some thread suggesting to install ClassyShark from F-Droid. Is there any reason to prefer the app on F-Droid to the one in the official /e/Apps repository?

No, not really. It’s the same app, same version. Only difference is when you look at the information in System Settings for apps it will show as being installed from one or the other.
It’s down to personal preference on how you want to manage your user installed apps, but that’s another debate!
